I work in two different mediums: clay and fiber.  As an alpaca farmer I create product from the fiber that I harvest each year.  I blend natural and dyed color into my work.  I create felted product, rugs and woven scarfs.  As a ceramic hand builder I create functional but fun funky pieces.  I create templates that form the foundation for each piece, to create pattern I use lace and indian wooden blocks.  The combination of the texture and my glazing style results in a whimsical celebration of a bygone era.
