I’m an adventurer, artist, educator, and coach who believes in the power of nature, creativity, community, and adventure to bring us home to ourselves and to each other. For over three decades, I’ve guided, taught, and mentored people of all ages—helping them feel seen, inspired, and empowered. Through my art studio, coaching, and work in wild places, I create spaces for creativity, belonging, and transformation.
