  3. You will be either in your own studio or as a guest in another artist’s studio (as indicated on your application). Guest artists (those living outside of Washougal) who are accepted to be a part of the Washougal Studio Artists Tour will show their work at the studio of an artist who lives in Washougal. Please indicate below if you know where you will be a guest artist, or if you need a studio in which to show your work.

  4. If you decide to drop out, please notify us immediately. No refund will be given if payment has been received and notice is not received by November 1, 2023

  5. A map will be created to advertise the artists’ locations, and yard signs will be placed around Washougal by volunteer artists.  Each artist studio will be responsible for 4-12 sign placements.

  6. The studio needs to be accessible to the public, with plenty of parking space available.

  7. Please have for sale ONLY your own artwork, made by you. No children’s work or work by any other artist shall be displayed or for sale in your area.

  8. Please provide for sale only those items that fit your juried medium as described in your application.  All mediums should be clearly defined in your application and photos sent to represent them.

  9. All artwork should be your original work (or products created from your original art, such as greeting cards, journals, etc.), and the items juried should be current and for sale. Do not add other items outside of that medium.

  10. Each artist will pay by the $60 fee to cover signage and other advertising and marketing efforts for the show.

  11. Professional standards for each artist.

  • Respond to all emails in a timely manner.

  • Proof your information ASAP and before marketing materials are printed and published online.

  • Means of selling work other than cash (Square, etc.) are present.
